This week's Six for Saturday post is a collection of DIY decorative flower pot ideas - perfect for those of you enjoying the spring gardening season and also great for folks wanting a little something green indoors for the winter. Of course, indoor plants aren't just for winter - they are a great way to breathe a little life into any space and are good for the air quality too! I'm currently trying to decide what to put into a nook in our almost finished rear room that is just begging for a something green and lively. Any suggestions? The room has medium light and I'm open to just about anything as long as its hardy and easy care enough to survive in our pet-friendly household. Pots (especially when gifted with seeds or plants) also make great presents for those of you prepping your presents for the upcoming holidays or looking for a general purpose green gift idea for almost anyone and any occasion.
